What does the Kabbalah invite us to?
The Kabbalah is a calling for people to gather into an ark, like Noah's ark. A place where they can form or reform themselves. A place that will keep them sane, and allow them a specific hearing of themselves, of their time, the purpose of human life here on earth. But, it needs an ecology. The ecology of the ark enables you to float over the troubled water. First of your inner emotion, and the demands of the 21st violent reality (speech, and treatment of each other).
