‘Interview with the Rabbah Saphir on ‘The Feminine
A recent interview with the Rabbah Saphir Noyman Eyal and Nicholas Janni was conducted on the topic of ‘The Feminine’. The feminine in all the possible levels and meanings. Moreover, the kabbalastic deeper meaning of the feminine, which is a very big topic.
“We are starting with the fact that femininity is not only an issue for women. Femininity is a quality that is needed in both women and men.
The feminine principle in kabbalah is – the reason and activator – of creation. There are two entities: “Malchut” and “Binah”. Malchut (kingdom) of the entire expression of the will to receive.
The will to receive when it came to feel itself is looking for a way to “commune” with its creator. The way of the male is connection. the way of the female is to commune. It’s an assimilation.
Femininity in the other aspect is the educator/initiator. The power that allows us to connect with the nature of the creator – “Binah” – this is the other feminine entity of creation. This is the big mother. It’s not mother earth, but rather much above that. For our generation, the last generation, it is the last position in exile…which is now ending.
To be in exile – is to be away from the right perception of reality. Redemption is to come to the true reality – spirituality. Meaning the feminine principle, is a principle of transition, like a womb. “Malchut” and “Bina” are the leaders of transition of human kind from age of meta to the age of spirituality. They have the ability to contain (with a value) something that can initiate you into a place you are born into. It’s being able to contain opposites, yet give them common purpose. its to do with community, communication…all that have to do with the feminine aspect.
That is what we need to look into – what is femininity in spirituality. Leadership of transition…the female aspect in us needs to go through training and initiation, not only to see and hear, but to know where to place it, in order to fulfill its purpose.
The main reason of creation is the formation of the female part! This is a huge task.”
Thank you Nicholas Janni for conducting this interview!
